Quick appointment after morning phone call

I wanted to share that I had a great experience at the practice today. I called in the morning with a concern, received an appointment promptly, and was seen and discharged within a few hours. The entire team was courteous, professional and welcoming throughout. Given the number of critical reviews I've come across, I felt it was important to acknowledge when a service performs well.

This has been the most disappointing practice I have encountered. There seem to be frequent issues with prescription management. I requested a supply for an extended period due to travel plans, and as I am exempt from charges, my partner collected the order on my behalf. Unfortunately, only half of what was expected was provided, which meant I had to go through the process of reordering again.
