Very bad gp practice been calling for so long for an appointment for my mother they always say doctor will get back to you and never does one of the most worst gp round here Along with that they are not respectful and only spend time talking to eachother and giggling about not paying attention to any of there patients

The telephone response was quick, and I successfully secured a doctor's consultation. During the examination, the physician suggested conducting a blood test and ECG, which were promptly arranged with a healthcare professional on the same day. The reception staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness. The doctor performed a comprehensive health assessment, and the ECG technician was extremely professional and courteous. I will confidently recommend this medical practice to both my family and clients. Kudos to Shaftesbury Medical for their outstanding service.

Two Great Doctors, Terrible Support Staff

Dr. Nizamuddin and Dr. Musa are the sole bright spots in this surgical experience. The front desk personnel and other physicians masquerading as medical professionals urgently require replacement and training in basic interpersonal communication. We're dealing with human lives here, and the incompetent staff demonstrate a complete lack of empathy, refusing to listen or provide meaningful assistance with patients' genuine concerns.

Completely useless booking platform. Their website is totally unreliable and keeps breaking down. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is that they at least recommend scheduling a health check even when no appointments can be made.
