Managed by ineffective employees. Avoid this place as they'll only induce stress. Their internal communication is poor, their explanations are confusing, and they seem unable to clearly articulate their procedures. It's evident that proper staff training is severely lacking.

Receptionist Ignored My Urgent Medication Need

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF ZERO COMPASSION Attempted to communicate via phone with an incredibly discourteous and unaccommodating front desk employee who completely disregarded my request for medication guidance. The receptionist displayed zero professional courtesy or interpersonal skills necessary for patient interaction. I clearly articulated my urgent medication requirements, only to be dismissively told "sorry, can't help." It was evident the receptionist possessed neither empathy nor appropriate medical knowledge to engage with patients professionally. Terrible encounter that left me profoundly distressed!

Receptionists Ruined My Healthcare Experience

Absolutely dreadful service!!! The front desk staff display an appalling attitude and are completely unhelpful! They blatantly fabricate information about their operating hours and appointment scheduling! They falsely claim the clinic is closed on weekends when it's actually open! Patients are forced to plead just to secure a pre-arranged consultation. Despite lacking any medical qualifications, these receptionists demand patients disclose the purpose of their doctor's visit! What's more alarming is their unrestricted access to sensitive personal data, which I strongly suspect constitutes a clear violation of data protection guidelines.

Frustrating Morning Calls Lead to No Appointments

Completely ineffective reception service. They insist you phone at 8am, which we did, maintaining our spot in line, only to be informed they have zero available appointments. This occurred to me three separate times! Total mockery, the receptionist displays zero concern and questions why I'm upset, but it's frankly not their concern! They ought to eliminate this ridiculous 8am appointment call-in policy as it's nothing more than a futile exercise in frustration.

For several months, I've persistently requested my prescription be set to automatic repeat, yet they've completely failed to address this. Additionally, every time I contact them, I'm stuck waiting first in line for thirty minutes before anyone even picks up the phone. The service is absolutely abysmal.

The absolute worst service imaginable. Completely deceptive. They scheduled my appointment for 11:15, but upon arrival, they claimed no record of it and that the time was never confirmed. They rebooked me for 2 pm, and when I arrived, The receptionist insisted I was still on the waiting list. Dr. A. Musa stands out as the premier physician in the Harrow region. The doctor provides outstanding care!!! However, the reception team is absolutely terrible!! They'll say anything to get rid of you on the phone!!! I've spent over a week trying to resolve my medication issue AFTER MAKING 4 SEPARATE CALLS, and I'm dealing with RESPIRATORY AND OXYGEN-RELATED HEALTH CHALLENGES!!! I was forced to summon an ambulance just to get medical attention!!! APPALLING!!! The only reason I'm staying is my long-standing connection to this practice since their days on BUTLER AVENUE, WEST HARROW, and my respect for Dr. Musa. Otherwise, I'd DEFINITELY be seeking an alternative clinic!!! I AM UTTERLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE RECEPTION STAFF – HOW MANY BRAIN CELLS DO YOU REALLY NEED FOR THAT JOB!!!
