I've been receiving care at this practice for quite some time, and while the medical professionals are exceptional, some of the front desk staff unfortunately fall short. On August 6th, I was reduced to tears by a particularly insensitive receptionist. Having just undergone significant heart surgery two weeks ago, I was expecting a more compassionate approach. I was told to see a nurse and have a phone consultation with a doctor, rather than a direct physician check of my surgical wounds. These receptionists are undermining the excellent reputation of the caring and skilled doctors who work here.
