She coordinated with nurse Amelia Bojarzin to arrange a quick consultation during her lunch break, before her scheduled afternoon patients. The nurse went above and beyond, not only administering the tetanus shot but also meticulously cleaning and bandaging my wounds, providing comprehensive aftercare guidance. She even followed up a week later to re-dress one of my injuries. I was genuinely touched by their exceptional professionalism, genuine empathy, and outstanding patient care. The Simpson Centre and NHS staff truly exemplify the highest standards of medical service. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to them.
