Terrible service drives patients away from medical centre

The reception staff continue to demonstrate a consistently poor attitude, displaying rudeness and a lack of assistance. Their approach significantly complicates the already challenging task of managing personal and family healthcare, creating unnecessary emotional strain. As a result, we have been compelled to seek medical services elsewhere with 'doctorcareanywhere', completely abandoning this centre. It would be beneficial if The Simpson Centre could take notes from their competitor's customer service approach, which emphasizes empathy and genuine compassion when interacting with patients.

Terrible service from unprofessional and unhelpful staff

The front desk staff were incredibly discourteous - they seem to have forgotten the fundamental principles of customer service - I was compelled to use this facility during an urgent situation - I was so put off that I chose to seek treatment elsewhere, opting for another NHS centre or paying privately to avoid interacting with such unpleasant individuals. It appears they can behave however they want with no accountability or consequences.

Unhelpful receptionists ruin otherwise great medical practice

The medical professionals here are largely top-notch. However, the front desk personnel severely undermine the practice by wielding excessive administrative power without any clinical understanding. I sought an urgent appointment for a referral, as recommended by my osteopath for a critical cortisone treatment for a serious back injury. The receptionist flatly refused, claiming that referrals cannot be considered emergencies. Despite my detailed explanation of the ongoing spinal condition causing persistent pain, she remained completely indifferent. It's particularly frustrating, given that I'm aware of other patients receiving same-day appointments for far less significant health issues.

Amazing healthcare service at simpson centre

Having resided in the UK for two decades and been registered with this practice for some time, I've consistently found the personnel to be incredibly welcoming and supportive. They always ensure availability for urgent medical needs. In my experience, this is the most exceptional general practitioner service I've encountered throughout my time in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, I'm now relocating to another region, and I'm uncertain whether I'll find an equivalent level of care comparable to what I've received at the Simpson Centre. Kudos to the team, and I sincerely hope they maintain their outstanding standard of service.

Dangerous medical practice puts child's health at risk

Appalling and discourteous front desk staff. When my son suffered a head trauma, we were given a 4:30 appointment and traveled to the clinic. Upon arrival, they abruptly canceled the consultation after discovering we weren't formally registered, despite initially agreeing to see us. They callously turned away a child with a head injury, resulting in him being sent to the emergency room with severe concussion requiring medical monitoring. Their rigid adherence to bureaucratic "practice policy" recklessly jeopardized my child's well-being. An utterly unacceptable and shameful medical practice!
