I've been seeing Dr. Palmer at this medical practice for nearly two decades, and while they're my primary physician, the other doctors are equally competent. The front desk staff, however, seems to have a high turnover rate, suggesting it might not be the most stable work environment. Despite this, the clinic offers a comprehensive range of medical services, though some can be challenging to schedule. Its location is a definite plus, situated right beside Clissold Park with multiple bus routes (141, 341, and 393) conveniently stopping nearby.

After receiving a promise that the letter would be emailed, I've been left waiting for two weeks with no result. This delay has now caused significant complications with my universal credit claims, creating immense stress for me. The unprofessional handling and lack of responsiveness is deeply frustrating. I want to warn others that requesting documents from this GP practice may result in unacceptable delays and potential personal hardships. The entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and potentially harmful to my personal circumstances.

When I politely inquired about potentially reconsidering this illogical demarcation, they summarily dismissed my communication, refusing to engage or provide any rationale for their decision.
