Despite their overall excellence, there's a significant issue with emergency appointment scheduling. When you attempt to contact the medical center precisely at 8am, be prepared for a prolonged period of unanswered calls—easily exceeding an hour. The persistent engaged signal starting exactly at 8am is incredibly irritating, and even more infuriating is being informed that you've missed the appointment booking window, which seems suspiciously like a result of deliberately unanswered or ignored phone lines. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

While the front desk personnel may have been less impressive in the past, the current team is absolutely stellar - consistently warm, friendly, and adept at making patients feel comfortable.
