Would not tell me what the blood tests were for. Was not notified about the positive test when it came back. Doctor jumped to conclusions about me. Incorrect conclusions. When I try to explain/ ask questions the same phrase was repeated, over and over again, preventing me from speaking. I suppose it works to keep requests for appointments down.

I wasted more than an hour on hold attempting to schedule an appointment, so I decided to visit the clinic in person. I'm dealing with a significant elbow swelling. The receptionist consulted with the on-call physician, then returned to say they'd send me an online link about my condition without even examining it. The link suggests I might need naproxen, but I'm left wondering how I'm supposed to obtain the medication without an actual appointment. Absolutely ineffective healthcare service!!!

The medical staff are exceptional, but the administrative side is utterly chaotic. I called about scheduling a blood test and was informed that my blood disorder wasn't prominently noted in my records. They claimed they would contact me in a fortnight to arrange an appointment, but suggested I should follow up if they fail to do so! I'm meant to undergo testing every half-year. This is merely one of numerous instances highlighting their profound lack of organizational competence.

Friendly staff can't save incompetent doctors' poor service
The front desk team is absolutely delightful and incredibly supportive. Unfortunately, some of the doctors are frankly ineffective, appearing uncertain about the guidance they provide to patients and lacking credibility in their recommendations. As a result, patients often feel more bewildered after consulting them. When seeking basic advice and posing straightforward questions, receiving convoluted and unhelpful responses is frustrating, especially when you're already waiting anxiously for a return call.

Over the past year living in this area, I've visited the surgery multiple times due to ongoing health challenges. Having transitioned from a family practice my relatives had been with for six decades, I was naturally apprehensive about joining a new medical center. My previous surgery had wonderful doctors, nurses, and reception staff, so I was understandably nervous about changing practices. However, my concerns were completely unfounded. This is genuinely the most welcoming medical practice I've ever experienced. The doctors are consistently helpful, understanding, and excellent at putting patients at ease. I've encountered three physicians in particular who were remarkably kind and professional while maintaining clinical expertise. Unlike my previous experiences, where I'd feel anxious and panicky before appointments, here I feel completely confident. I truly believe the staff are committed to providing the best possible care. While I understand it's a busy full-time surgery and immediate appointments aren't always possible, they clearly strive to accommodate patients' needs as effectively as they can. All staff members have been consistently supportive and dedicated to helping patients. The only minor drawback is the bathroom location, but that's a trivial concern compared to the quality of medical care, which is excellent. I'm genuinely impressed with this medical practice.

Getting in touch through their telephone system is an exercise in frustration. Just like previous reviewers have noted, the staff seem disgruntled and occasionally discourteous. Without a doubt, this is the most subpar medical practice I've encountered, and it's not even close. The sole redeeming quality is that the facility itself maintains a pristine and well-organized environment.
