Terrible english skills and zero availability

This medical facility is absolutely terrible! The staff are incredibly unprofessional and struggle with basic communication in English. Whenever I attempt to schedule an appointment, they are consistently unavailable and constantly redirect me to alternative clinics. Urgent reforms are desperately needed for this medical center!
