Staff cancelled appointment without replacement offer

Extremely disappointing. The team were unhelpful and uncooperative. Scheduled appointments were cancelled without being rescheduled, requiring patients to contact the practice again to arrange alternative times. This fell well short of acceptable standards, though I wish I could rate lower than the single star available on this platform.

Same-day appointments make all the difference

I have been a patient for nearly three decades and have consistently had a positive experience. Appointments are readily available on the same day, which contrasts favourably with what I understand to be the case at other nearby surgeries, where patients often face considerably longer waiting times.

Reception staff dismissive during difficult time

I had experiences at a nursing facility and felt the care provided significantly impacted my father's health negatively. Subsequently, I attended this surgery and encountered what I perceived as inadequate care from the medical staff, who I felt dismissed my concerns without offering appropriate treatment. I was struggling with serious anxiety issues that I believed were not properly addressed. While I acknowledge the care fell within legal boundaries, I felt let down by the service. I would recommend others consider alternative providers.
