During my dual appointments today, the receptionist Nila noticed my extended wait time in the reception area following the first consultation. She proactively stepped forward to assist me. Smooth smear test experience during covid lockdown

I haven't utilized the service extensively, but the registration process was straightforward. During the second lockdown, I underwent my SMEAR test with an incredibly friendly nurse. Additionally, they've been proactive in sending me notifications about the resumption of in-person appointments for quite some time now.

Worst medical service ever experienced in my life

I've made multiple attempts to obtain my prescribed medication from St Georges surgery, even going as far as penning a personal letter directly to Dr Hafiz. Despite my efforts, including in-person visits and scheduling appointments, I've received absolutely no communication. I'm throwing in the towel. While I understand we're experiencing a global health crisis, waiting two months is simply unacceptable.
