Paid for private letter eight months ago with no response

1 star is insufficient to express my dissatisfaction with this practice. I paid for a private letter approximately 8 months ago in good faith and have received nothing, which ultimately led me to change practices. I find this to be a serious failing. I have attempted to raise concerns with the management team without receiving any meaningful response or acknowledgement. I have reported my experience to relevant authorities and intend to pursue this matter further as I believe it warrants investigation. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this practice to exercise considerable caution based on my experience. I do wish to acknowledge that one member of staff provided helpful guidance and demonstrated genuine care, which was appreciated. However, my overall experience with the practice has been deeply disappointing and I remain committed to seeking resolution through appropriate channels.

Impossible to book appointments through app

I would rate this experience much lower if possible. Obtaining an appointment proved extremely challenging. I was directed to use a particular app to book a slot, which I did, securing one for a fortnight ahead. However, this was subsequently cancelled as it had been scheduled with a healthcare assistant rather than a doctor. Since then, I have been waiting for an extended period, as contacting the practice by phone has proven very difficult. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience with the practice.
