The reception team's consistency differs depending on who you interact with, but generally they come across as supportive, empathetic and courteous. The nursing staff perform well, demonstrating a genuine willingness to engage and offering valuable guidance. Clinical staff make timely callback arrangements and prescription requests are processed efficiently. The upcoming system launching on Wednesday 1st October will likely present challenges for older patients who may be less comfortable with digital technology. Unfortunately, what many patients really desire is the opportunity for in-person consultations with a clinician. It appears those opportunities have become increasingly limited. That said, it would be unfair to hold the staff accountable for decisions beyond their control. Overall, the practice successfully addresses our healthcare requirements.

All the staff at the surgery are really nice. The receptionists are always polite and helpful. The nursing team is always very patient with me. I've been managing a long-term condition for a while and have been struggling, and previously felt like my concerns weren't being heard and that I was being made to feel responsible for not doing enough. However, I've recently started seeing two new clinicians and they are both so helpful and really listen to what I have to say. They always give me practical advice on lifestyle choices and share resources that they think could benefit me. It feels like someone is finally taking the time to listen to me and genuinely wants to help after all this time. I'm really grateful for their support. Thank you so much x

They used diagrams to explain my condition clearly and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was prescribed a course of antibiotics which should help resolve the issue. I left feeling reassured and satisfied with the care I received. The receptionist who helped me book my follow-up appointment was also friendly and efficient. I've been impressed by the standard of care at this practice and would definitely recommend it. The staff clearly take their work seriously and genuinely care about their patients ❤️

I have been waiting for a form to be completed for several weeks following a scheduled phone appointment. The clinician did not call me on the arranged day. After more than a week has passed since the appointment with no contact, I contacted the surgery repeatedly. Each time I was informed that management had been notified, and I was assured that the surgery would update me once they had spoken with the clinician. Despite these assurances, I received no follow-up communication. I was advised to call the surgery the next day if the clinician did not ring in the evening. I am dissatisfied with my experience at this practice and have decided to register with a different GP surgery.

A clinician at this practice is like no other I've ever experienced. They have single handedly restored my faith in public healthcare, with their attentive approach and their patient care. They've already made an impact on my introverted son, and helped reassure him with his own medical concerns. This clinician listens and cares more than any other medical professional I've experienced recently over the last 5 years. 10/10 for them. And not to mention the phlebotomist who takes my blood tests, they're also great fun, and a great professional.

This practice has been by far the best I've experienced. The reception staff are excellent and the service from the clinical team is outstanding. The only aspect that could be improved is the telephone system when calling in the morning, as it can be frustrating when you're unable to get through at times, though this appears to be a wider system issue rather than something specific to the practice itself.

Received a phone call on Friday offering a vaccination appointment for the following day. Accepted the offer gladly. A staff member administered the vaccination on Saturday and provided helpful guidance regarding an additional vaccination available at a local pharmacy, which was subsequently completed. Very satisfied with the practice's efficiency and the support provided throughout the process.
