Avoid, dangerous to patients

They won't help you even if you go abroad to get a diagnosis. After them I'm going to a private. I'm coughing blood and pus and I haven't been able to walk for 5 years but according to them I'm alright, they have a big crystal ball at the entrance and their favourite way to diagnose are tarots. The receptionist is as sweet as cyanide, she says she's not paid by patients money. There must be a money tree next to the crystal ball. They often forget prescritpions, interrupting abruptly treatments in very dangerous ways, this way they probably damaged my heart with verapamil too. I will investigate further through privates which I can't afford. The NHS will reimbourse the cost as they failed me already twice.

Incompetent practice endangers pregnant patient's health

Utterly dreadful. Consistently unresponsive, discourteous, and completely unreachable. This week pushed me over the edge - being 32 weeks pregnant with a hospital-recommended urgent prescription for gestational diabetes from my GP, I experienced total communication breakdown. No GP response on Thursday led to multiple call attempts on Friday, finally reaching a receptionist who assured me the prescription would be filled by end of day. Follow-up calls yielded repeated promises, yet nothing materialized. Now, with the office closed for the weekend, I'm left without a critical medication needed for my baby's health, desperately trying to contact 111 emergency services to obtain the prescription. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable. I am immediately switching healthcare providers. AVOID THIS GP PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS - they demonstrate zero concern for patient welfare.

Friendly doctors but terrible front desk service

I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and while they were previously great, the past year has seen a dramatic shift in their customer service. The receptionist has consistently displayed an unacceptable attitude, and when I attempted to discuss my concerns with management, I was met with even more disrespect. Every single visit—whether for myself or my family—involves a frustrating 15-20 minute wait, which is disruptive to people's professional schedules. The doctors themselves remain excellent, but the practice desperately needs to address how their front desk staff interact with patients.

Terrible healthcare experience with zero compassion

After a grueling two-month wait, I finally secured a face-to-face consultation, only to have it canceled twice. Each time, I'm forced to rehash my entire medical history from scratch. The constant rotation of physicians means I never see the same doctor, and their apparent indifference is palpable. Despite enduring five years of pain and mobility issues, I remain in the dark about my condition. The minimal support I've received is utterly inadequate. My confidence in their medical care has completely eroded, and their callous attitude is deeply insulting. I'm now actively raising funds to seek treatment through private healthcare, desperate for a more compassionate and effective approach.
