Worst medical experience ever avoid this terrible clinic
Google, you're being too generous by even allowing a one-star rating! I've had this clinic as my GP for years, though I only visit occasionally. Every single encounter has been a complete nightmare! I genuinely feel like I've become sicker after seeing my GP! The receptionist is terrible, refusing to answer calls and displaying an awful attitude! The doctor is equally unprofessional and rude! The entire experience is absolutely dreadful! This place would be perfect as a Halloween horror scene - that's how terrible the service is! Every single staff member is a disgrace to the NHS! This clinic should be closed down and converted into a residential home! Honestly, you'd be better off with no medical care at all than suffering through treatment here!

My attempts to obtain my blood test results via email were repeatedly thwarted by her sending the incorrect document - a blood request form instead of the actual test results. When I tried to explain the error, she was extremely dismissive and hostile. After multiple attempts, she eventually sent a fourth email with the correct document, but made no effort to acknowledge her mistake or offer an apology. Instead, she brazenly claimed she had been sending the right file all along. There are few things more frustrating than encountering unprofessional staff who refuse to take accountability for their errors.
