Great doctor pasad let down by terrible management

Some time back, I triumphed over cancer, thanks to the exceptional Dr. Pasad, who was incredibly professional, compassionate, and supportive. Recently, I had to relocate temporarily for 56 days to another area. When I returned and requested an address change, the practice manager and receptionist shockingly refused to keep me registered with this GP, where I had placed so much trust in Dr. Pasad. Unexpectedly, I found myself in a difficult situation, having momentarily forgotten about my ongoing health concerns and not yet being registered in my new location. The practice's management is absolutely terrible; the boss showed zero understanding of my circumstances and seemed to have no empathy or right to dismiss me so callously. In stark contrast, only Dr. Pasad and the physiotherapist at Brook Road Surgery demonstrated genuine humanity and professionalism.
