After waiting past the expected call time, they ultimately denied my appointment. In future interactions with clients, I strongly advise taking accurate notes and implementing a more efficient appointment management system.

Ultimately, I was curtly instructed to contact them after the Christmas period to schedule an in-person appointment, which means I will likely wait over a month before receiving comprehensive medical attention.
