My recent interaction with the Brooke Road Surgery has been nothing short of deeply disappointing. What was once a medical practice I held in high regard has now become a symbol of callousness and indifference. The management displayed a complete lack of consideration for long-term patients such as myself and my aging mother. When we sought help regarding my mother's appointment complications, the manager's response was shockingly contemptuous and unhelpful. It is profoundly demoralizing to be treated with such blatant disrespect, particularly after our years of unwavering loyalty. This experience has definitively convinced me that the Brooke Road Surgery has absolutely no regard for its patient base, especially those who have faithfully supported them through the years. Without doubt, this represents the most abysmal general practice encounter I have ever experienced in Stoke Newington, and I genuinely hope no other patients will be subjected to such a traumatic and degrading ordeal.

While I haven't interacted with all administrative staff, I can confidently say that Ewa is consistently warm and supportive. My sincere appreciation! UPDATE: I am devastated that I must leave this surgery. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area.

My encounter with the Brooke Road Surgery was profoundly unsatisfactory, primarily because of the manager, Mr. Deepak Guppa's conduct. Upon addressing a concern that resulted in my medical records and appointments being transferred to another general practitioner, Mr. Guppa's reaction was astonishingly hostile, aggressive, and contemptuous. Despite my earnest efforts to communicate the circumstances and find a constructive solution, he remained completely unresponsive and even prevented me from re-registering with the practice. This experience has fundamentally eroded my confidence in the practice's professional standards and commitment to patient care. It is deeply demoralizing to encounter such treatment from an institution I have relied on for more than twenty years.
