They are rude, incompetent, and provide no opportunity to discuss concerns with the physicians. Moreover, the doctors, especially those involved in replacements, demonstrate a shocking lack of expertise and understanding.

The quality of care has dramatically declined. Getting an appointment with a physician has become nearly impossible! During my recent visit, I was attended to by a nurse who drew my blood. I politely requested her to be careful, but she was rough and careless. As a result, I was left with a significant, painful bruise.
