Slow responses and no continuity of care

The practice seems slow to respond to inquiries. It appears they may have a large patient list, which could affect their ability to manage patient care efficiently. There isn't continuity with a designated clinician, so there's no established relationship. This differs from what I experienced at previous practices throughout my life.

Clean facilities matter for patient confidence

The clinical staff member provided excellent care, and we greatly appreciated their support. However, we encountered a significant concern regarding the cleanliness of the facility. The entrance door appeared quite soiled and difficult to touch, whilst the external area was notably unkempt with visible overgrowth. This observation prompted questions about whether hygiene and maintenance standards are consistently upheld throughout the patient experience.

I would strongly encourage others to consider this GP surgery. All of the staff members I encountered were welcoming and supportive. I have been treated by multiple clinicians at the practice and each one demonstrated genuine care and compassion. Due to a change in my circumstances, I am no longer able to attend this practice. I appreciate the service I received :)

Finally found a GP who genuinely listens and cares

After many years of searching for a reliable healthcare provider who offers continuity of care rather than temporary appointments, I have finally found one! I have ongoing mental health needs and I am self-aware enough to recognise that I can be easily triggered or upset. The clinician I have been seeing has been treating me now for about a year. Their manner is impeccable and their professionalism is evident throughout every interaction. What makes the experience stand out from typical GP visits is that I genuinely feel that they care about my wellbeing! I know that my condition is long-term, but knowing that this clinician is there provides real comfort even during the most challenging times. Since the pandemic outbreak, they have regularly checked in with me to ensure I am managing well and to arrange any medication I may need. I have not experienced this level of attentive care from a GP practice before and I sincerely could not recommend this practice more highly!

Felt genuinely listened to during appointment

We attended a recent appointment for my young son. I was extremely impressed by the care provided, professional demeanor, thoroughness and practical understanding demonstrated when managing unwell children. We were seen promptly and throughout the appointment felt that we received focused, individualised attention rather than being processed as one of many patients. This has been the best GP practice I have experienced, with consistently prompt appointment availability, pleasant and knowledgeable reception staff who create a welcoming atmosphere, and a genuine asset to the local community.
