Terrible surgery with rude and unhelpful receptionists

I am utterly terrified of contacting this medical practice, already experiencing intense anxiety and panic before even attempting to connect. My health is currently fragile, like many others, yet the receptionists seem determined to obstruct any chance of receiving essential medical assistance. When calling, there's a complete absence of empathy or willingness to help. A particular female staff member consistently interrupts me, becomes sarcastic if I dare to speak up, and swiftly cuts me off with an almost authoritarian attitude. The surgery then shockingly attempts to blame patients for these communication failures. Perhaps they could demonstrate basic human compassion towards individuals who are unwell and desperately seeking medical support, instead of the cold, dismissive, and intimidating approach I consistently encounter. I'm now convinced they'll likely send a discharge letter in response to my honest feedback. If they do, I'm prepared to escalate this matter, given their persistent reluctance to address my ongoing medical concerns and their years of ignorant, careless handling of my health issues. Even attempting to inquire about a simple glucose tolerance test resulted in an interaction with a receptionist named Clare, who abruptly told me to consult Google and sarcastically questioned whether I actually have diabetes - completely missing the point of seeking preliminary testing. This represents yet another example of the appalling treatment I've experienced from this practice's staff. Regrettably, exploring alternative medical practices seems impossible, and my current health condition prevents me from repeatedly re-registering. My potential diagnoses have been repeatedly delayed due to their systemic negligence and profound lack of patient care.

Terrible service nearly cost my daughter her health

After two emergency room visits within seven days, the front desk staff refused to schedule my daughter an urgent consultation with a doctor or nurse, despite the A&E recommendation. They only offered a distant appointment three weeks later. Consequently, we returned to the emergency department, where she was hospitalized and required intravenous antibiotics for a full five-day period.

Fantastic healthcare with friendly and welcoming staff

Excellent medical care. I'm puzzled by any negative feedback. Compared to other healthcare providers I've encountered in London and elsewhere, this practice is outstanding. The entire staff, from the front desk to the clinical team, are incredibly welcoming and professional - something I've rarely experienced before. I've only interacted with one physician so far, but the nurses are equally impressive. Overall, I find this practice to be truly exceptional.

Impossible to book doctor's appointment after endless calls

I spent an exhausting ninety minutes repeatedly calling, pressing redial endlessly without success. Naturally, by the time I finally connected, all the physician consultation slots had been snatched up. This process is incredibly frustrating, and I'm baffled by how impossible it was to reach anyone despite making approximately 200 consecutive attempts. I'll have to attempt this again tomorrow!

Worst medical experience ever with incompetent doctors

Absolutely shocking incompetence across the board. Initially mishandled my case and then sent me to a specialist, only to have that doctor arbitrarily cancel the referral without any communication to either myself or my son (the patient in question), effectively leaving us in limbo for five months waiting for an appointment that was never going to materialize! Frankly, they are discourteous, unhelpful, and astonishingly terrible at basic human interaction, let alone medical professionalism. I have zero confidence in this medical practice whatsoever. As a postscript, I've since switched to a new surgery, and these new doctors are absolutely fantastic.

Exceptional medical care with compassionate and dedicated staff

I've been a patient at this medical practice for an extended period, and I have no intention of switching. The staff are incredibly supportive, and the doctors are remarkably compassionate, having assisted me multiple times. While you typically need to wait around an hour to see a physician, at least you're guaranteed an appointment that same day, unlike other practices where you might wait several days to consult a doctor. I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional this surgery is; everyone consistently goes beyond their professional responsibilities. I particularly appreciate the convenience of managing everything online.
