Worst healthcare experience of my miserable life

This medical facility is absolutely terrible! I left with a respiratory infection after experiencing persistent asthma symptoms. The blonde staff member was completely unprofessional, merely searching my symptoms online - something I'm perfectly capable of doing myself 🤨 It's evident they lack basic nursing competence. Paul, the male staff member, is incredibly self-absorbed and unhelpful. They would likely discharge a patient with a severed limb due to their extreme laziness. Getting any meaningful medication prescribed is an impossibly frustrating process. Steer clear of this place unless you're looking to worsen your health condition 💀

This surgery has completely deteriorated from its previous excellent standard to a truly terrible experience. Booking an appointment now requires navigating their terrible online system, and even after that, you're left waiting for a callback that might arrive sometime within the next one to two days. If you're in a job that doesn't allow constant phone access, you're essentially out of luck.

Disappointing healthcare with unprofessional staff behavior

This was a decent medical center, but I encountered significant issues. I reported a problematic pharmacy staff member who subsequently made medication ordering challenging. When I discussed this with the GP, she claimed he had improved (which was not true). Another doctor prescribed me medication without a proper consultation, explanation, or my consent. Upon attempting to transfer to a different practice, they only partially sent my medical records. When I requested the complete file, they dismissively stated I was no longer their patient and they couldn't help. I've since learned over a thousand patients have left due to their poor practices. I genuinely hope they address these serious concerns and remove problematic staff before causing more patient departures. I am escalating my complaint to a higher authority to ensure these issues are properly investigated.

I've been a loyal patient for a quarter-century, and they were excellent in the past, but post-Covid, their performance has drastically declined. Obtaining even routine monthly prescription refills has become an exhausting and unnecessarily complicated process. Conversations with other patients reveal a consistent sentiment - the facility is deteriorating physically, and the quality of service has similarly fallen apart.

Incredible transformation at my local medical practice

The medical practice has significantly improved since the pandemic. Previously, I was contemplating switching providers. Recently, I've been seeing Dr. Fiona, who is exceptional, and yesterday I encountered an outstanding receptionist around 1:15 PM on 11/25 - she was incredibly warm and supportive. Suzanne, the nurse who initially recommended Dr. Fiona a few months back (and who is consistently excellent), is part of this remarkable team. My sincere appreciation to everyone involved.

Frustrating phone system needs urgent update now

The medical staff are exceptional, but there's a frustrating issue with their phone system. Despite attempting to contact the practice after 2 pm, the automated message continues to indicate that the surgery is closed between 1 and 2 pm, even though it's already 2:20 pm. If their operating hours have been modified, they urgently need to update their voicemail message to prevent patients from experiencing unnecessary confusion and irritation when trying to reach them during what should be standard business hours.

Worst medical service ever terrible patient care

Absolutely dreadful experience. I consulted my physician over a month ago and requested an endoscopy referral. Upon following up yesterday, I discovered the referral was never even submitted, which means I'm now facing an additional 18-week wait! To make matters worse, I've just learned that another ultrasound request hasn't been processed after a month of waiting. I strongly advise avoiding this medical practice, as the patient care is abysmal. I've been pushed to the back of the waiting list once more. There appears to be some form of discrimination at play, as my wife and daughter consistently receive their appointments without any issues. The level of neglect is unacceptable; I shouldn't have to endure this ongoing pain. Frankly, my dogs receive more compassionate treatment at the veterinary clinic. Completely dissatisfied ☹
