Reception staff is wonderfully friendly, and the nurse is excellent HOWEVER: - scheduling an appointment is consistently frustrating and inefficient because the staff seems unresponsive and their booking system is absolutely terrible - I consulted with two physicians for myself and my kids, and they were truly subpar: extremely dismissive, providing poor guidance and inadequate medical attention I now completely comprehend why Vale surgery has such negative feedback on Google... I'm definitely switching general practitioners as soon as possible!

I've been waiting endlessly for a consultation regarding my herniated disc... They assured me of an MRI referral, but I'm struggling to move, can barely run or walk normally... My work is severely impacted... The staff seem completely ineffective and their administrative process is abysmal.... I'm still waiting for my scan and physiotherapy... What's the purpose of paying taxes if the healthcare system is this dysfunctional?

I accompanied my mother to the medical practice and attempted to schedule a phone consultation regarding her pain management. To my dismay, the receptionist booked an appointment two weeks out! Unbelievable! Why on earth would a simple telephone consultation require such a lengthy wait? Moreover, the receptionist's demeanor was incredibly discourteous and unprofessional!

The general practitioner has consistently provided a poor experience, but today reached a new low. Initially, I had scheduled a telephone consultation, yet the doctor neglected to reach out, forcing me to initiate contact. Upon calling, I was met with dismissive behavior and hurried communication, ultimately being informed that no appointments were available for a fortnight. Their service is utterly unacceptable, and I cannot in good conscience suggest them to anyone. I am now compelled to seek alternative medical care, as this practice is undeniably the most subpar I have encountered. Were it possible, I would assign them zero stars without hesitation.

Wow! I'm absolutely appalled by their terrible customer service! Today, I endured a 40-minute wait, stuck in queue number 4, simply trying to schedule a doctor's appointment for my coughing daughter. Instead of helping, they coldly instructed me to go to the hospital! Why should I waste 5 hours in a hospital emergency room when a doctor could examine her immediately? When I attempted to explain my own illness and inability to wait at the hospital, the staff became aggressive and abruptly terminated the call! While the medical professionals themselves seem competent, the administrative personnel are shockingly unprofessional and unhelpful.
