Frustrating wait and prescription mix-up nightmare

Arrived first thing and spent more than 60 minutes waiting with no response. Despite having a phone conversation with the nurse the previous day about my daughter's asthma medication, the prescription I received was entirely different from what we had discussed. When I went to fill the prescription at my local pharmacy, I discovered the error. The medical staff here are excellent, but the reception service is absolutely terrible!!!!!

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

A complete disaster of a medical facility that lacks any semblance of professionalism. Following a significant surgical procedure, I urgently require a follow-up appointment to remove surgical clips, yet they are callously turning me away. Their staff claims they have no available nurse and are overwhelmed with work. To make matters worse, the reception staff cannot comprehend basic English and seem unable to interpret a straightforward hospital communication. This entire experience is nothing short of a mockery.

Terrible medical practice with rude and unhelpful staff

This medical practice is hands-down the most terrible healthcare provider I've ever encountered. I absolutely cannot recommend them to anyone. Their reception staff are incredibly discourteous and demonstrate zero empathy towards patients. Their appointment scheduling process is completely unprofessional. When my son was experiencing intense pain, I attempted to book an urgent appointment by calling at 8am, but they didn't respond until an hour later. The receptionist was shockingly disrespectful, and when I expressed my frustration about their lack of care, they flatly refused to schedule an appointment. When I challenged the purpose of their medical practice, they abruptly terminated the call. If I could rate them, I would give them a negative rating far below zero. Their service is utterly appalling and unacceptable.

The phone support is practically non-functional. Getting through to a representative is an endless ordeal, even with their supposed queuing mechanism. Urgent action is imperative. Customers simply cannot tolerate being left on hold for half an hour to an entire hour, which has become the norm. Incredibly aggravating!

Terrible customer service that wasted my time

This is my inaugural review, and it's about the most abysmal customer service I've ever encountered. I endured a grueling 60-minute wait on the telephone, only to have the representative answer and immediately hang up without any explanation. This frustrating incident occurred on July 10th, 2023, specifically between 6:00 PM and 6:02 PM. I've attempted to call again, and now after approximately 15 minutes, there's seemingly no queue, yet they still refuse to answer the phone.

The booking process is extremely frustrating, and the customer service falls far short of expectations. With minimal warning, my scheduled appointment was abruptly cancelled through a text message, forcing me to endure an exasperating 80-minute phone wait just to reschedule. As a result, I'm now compelled to delay my appointment by an additional week, and the staff showed absolutely no interest in addressing my valid complaints or alleviating my mounting irritation. I cannot in good conscience suggest this service to anyone else.
