Horrible gp service with terrible patient treatment
I strongly caution anyone considering registering with this GP practice to steer clear. Their treatment of patients is appalling and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. As a six-week pregnant woman, I was subjected to an inexcusable series of disrespectful interactions. They made unfounded allegations about me registering with another GP while simultaneously scheduling an appointment, which I attended only to be told no one would see me. Despite being a patient with this practice for over seven years, I was abruptly and unceremoniously removed from their system. The receptionist was shockingly unprofessional, communicating with me through a side window instead of engaging directly. When I requested to speak with a doctor, Dr. Slovakia's response was nothing short of hostile. Upon asking why I wasn't informed about my removal, he curtly stated they "don't give out information" about such matters. As a first-time expectant mother, I found his approach deeply offensive. While I'm mature enough to walk away, I'm grateful to no longer be associated with this practice. Their behavior is unacceptable, and they do not deserve the trust of any patient who might seek their care.

Horrible medical experience with terrible customer service
The surgical experience was extremely disappointing. I attempted to schedule a doctor's consultation and was left on hold for an astonishing 85 minutes before anyone picked up the phone. The personnel were incredibly discourteous and unhelpful. I'm utterly bewildered by the NHS's apparent lack of intervention in such matters. Ever since the pandemic, everything seems to have deteriorated dramatically. The current state of affairs is overwhelmingly stressful.

On February 17th, 2023, I attempted to contact the medical office at 5:50 PM, being the first caller in the queue. Despite waiting for three-quarters of an hour, no staff member picked up the phone.
