Dr Botool, what a lovely lady.

We met this Dr for the first time and she is quite new to the practice. Listened and understood and gave good advice. We picked the meds up 10 minutes after seeing her from the attached pharmacy.

Terrible doctor who wasted my precious time

I visited this clinic today with my infant as a new patient. After three visits, I'm definitely returning to my previous healthcare provider. The physician was bizarrely asking me to suggest a diagnosis, demonstrating complete incompetence. He repeatedly questioned me identically and appeared totally disengaged from my responses. At one moment, the consultation seemed so absurd that I wondered if I was part of some ridiculous joke. Despite being the sole patient in the waiting area, I was kept waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled time. The subsequent 20-minute consultation with this utterly unprofessional doctor was so frustrating that I was tempted to leave immediately. The entire appointment was utterly meaningless. The doctor displayed zero understanding or professional competence. He completely ignored my concerns. Overall, an extremely disappointing and infuriating medical experience.

Frustrating healthcare experience leaves patient in despair

I was suffering from intense hip pain, completely unable to rest or eat, so I finally consulted my doctor after considerable delay. I underwent blood tests and an X-ray. Subsequently, I received a message requesting I schedule an appointment to discuss the results. When I called to book the appointment over a week ago, I was instructed to phone back the following week. I've been sitting here since 7:30 am, my finger poised on the phone. At precisely 8:00, I was told they couldn't accept any more calls - are they serious? I've endured countless sleepless nights, anxiously wondering if I might have cancer. This experience is nothing short of psychological torment. At nearly 75 years old, I've never encountered such incompetence and disregard in my entire life.

Evidently, the front desk staff lacks comprehension of what constitutes urgent medication needs!!!! They desperately require some basic asthma awareness training.... I submitted a prescription refill request via the NHS App a week ago, and when I inquired about its status, I was informed it hadn't processed and I'd need to reorder, with the medication becoming available at week's end - which means a 5-day wait. When I asked about interim solutions, the receptionist's response was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially telling me to call 111 with an attitude suggesting it wasn't her concern. A two-week delay for emergency medication is absolutely unacceptable! My sincere gratitude goes to the neighboring pharmacy for their incredible assistance and genuine support!!

My daughter developed a widespread rash and was advised by 111 to urgently see a doctor. Upon calling the practice, we were dismissed and now cannot secure any appointment whatsoever. The receptionist displayed complete indifference, despite my daughter's condition worsening and her urgent need for medical intervention. I requested a B12 appointment and was scheduled two weeks out, but no specific time was provided. I was told I'd receive a text confirmation, which hasn't arrived even after a week. Additionally, I've asked for blood test forms due to experiencing persistent dizzy spells. Once again, the reception staff showed zero compassion and remain unreachable. I understand you're busy and attempting to be equitable, but this situation is not our fault. Those with genuine medical needs are being systematically neglected, with no apparent triage or priority system. The handling is absolutely unacceptable!

Dr. Ching deserves a full five-star rating after our initial consultation. Meeting her for the first time, we were impressed by her exceptional professionalism. She conducted a comprehensive examination, listened attentively, and provided precise prescriptions and advice. While the reception area might seem intimidating, certain staff members truly shine. Walid, in particular, stands out for his outstanding customer service, demonstrating remarkable politeness and patience. Although Dr. Ching occasionally runs behind schedule, the waiting room atmosphere suggests she is highly respected by her patients. Her approach of taking extra time to ensure proper care is far superior to rushed consultations. Five years later, I'm updating my review to reaffirm my complete satisfaction with the practice. Recently, when I needed eye drop medication and a prescription, Kate at reception was incredibly helpful. I continue to find all staff members exceptional. During the COVID period, Dr. Mohammed Sajid (or Sayed - I apologize for my uncertainty) has been particularly outstanding, maintaining face-to-face appointments. My gratitude extends to the entire team for their continued excellent service.

Rude receptionist ruins medical practice experience

Despite the medical professionals' expertise, I've been utterly dismayed by the behavior of the senior receptionist at the Crankhall Lane clinic. Her demeanor is shockingly unprofessional and lacks any semblance of empathy. Initially, she completely prevented me from expressing my concerns, stubbornly refusing to listen. Moreover, she seems to believe she has the authority to arbitrarily modify patient appointments, which is inappropriate given she has no medical qualifications or clinical training to make such judgments. Her conduct suggests she desperately needs comprehensive retraining in customer service, communication skills, and basic interpersonal respect. The entire situation is frankly ridiculous.
