Smooth and quick medical appointment service

Called at 8 am and was sixth in line, didn't wait long. The staff were extremely courteous and handled my appointment request professionally. I spoke with the doctor before 10 am. Incredibly helpful service - I am completely satisfied, many thanks.

Terrible service and zero care from gp surgery

Utterly useless medical practice Impossible to secure a consultation - abnormal test results and no communication for over a month. Perpetually unavailable regardless of when you attempt to contact them. Makes one question whether any actual physicians work here or if the receptionists are just fabricating their existence! Sought care for my child and was once again informed no appointments exist until September!!! It's no mystery why emergency rooms are completely overwhelmed!!!! If a zero-star rating were possible, I'd select it in a heartbeat!

Terrible customer service at this medical centre

The phone support staff were incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. They constantly interrupted me before I could fully articulate my question, seemingly presuming they already knew what I wanted to ask. Their patronizing attitude made me feel completely belittled, and I ultimately decided to abandon my inquiry to avoid losing my temper. The initial representative was okay, but when she transferred me to another staff member, the interaction quickly deteriorated. These kinds of unprofessional attitudes are precisely why patients become frustrated and seek care elsewhere. While I acknowledge that dealing with patients daily can be challenging, projecting unwarranted negativity towards someone who hasn't provoked you is entirely unacceptable and drives people away from medical services.

Getting past the endless phone queue feels impossible, and on the rare occasion you do, there are zero available appointments—only the option of a call back. A call back! What I'm seeking is an actual in-person consultation where a doctor can physically examine me and understand the reason for my appointment request. Absolutely absurd.

Terrible experience. This persistent issue has dragged on for three years with no resolution. Despite being instructed to call at 8, my partner and I have been desperately trying to reach them using multiple phones, but their lines are perpetually jammed. We've made approximately 50 futile attempts to connect.

Gp service nightmare causing unbearable pain and frustration

I am utterly appalled by my GP service, having been provided with incorrect information and now unable to secure an appointment. I'm suffering excruciating pain from neuralgia triggered by an old injury, which is intensifying with age. I'm uncertain about medication compatibility due to my existing health conditions and potential pregnancy, and can only obtain the necessary prescription from a GP! My desperate desire is to be at work, contributing and performing my duties, but this unbearable pain arrives in waves, bringing tears, exhaustion, and overwhelming frustration - clearly an unsuitable state for caring for critically ill patients. The receptionist simply instructs me not to take anything and see a doctor, yet refuses to schedule an appointment! How convenient, I'll just endure suffering because this is what our system has deteriorated to. I'll just tolerate pain that could potentially cause additional complications! It's no mystery why A&E and 111 services are under such immense pressure! I merely requested a telephone consultation, not an in-person visit! This is absolutely unacceptable and shameful. GP receptionists must stop dispensing medical advice without proper training, as this misinformation can potentially harm patients. GPs must recognize that people seek appointments because they genuinely need them! More critically, by denying appointments, they're creating a cascading effect throughout acute services! This is unacceptable! This is dangerous! This requires immediate change! Where am I supposed to go now? Oh yes, advised to contact 111, which cannot provide the medication I require, as it must be prescribed by MY GP! Seriously? The entire system is fundamentally flawed! I'm currently on hold with 111, attempting to secure a GP appointment, and this process (while waiting in a queue) is consuming valuable time that could be used by others, when my issue could have been resolved with a simple call from MY GP. Please, someone rectify this broken system. It is completely wrong.

The regulations are extremely frustrating. I'm genuinely anxious about securing an appointment lately. Whenever I try calling during morning or evening hours, they instruct me to call at 8 am, but for three consecutive days, I've dialed precisely at 8 o'clock and only encounter an endless queue recording before my call gets disconnected. With three children, it's impossible for me to walk to their center. So if you have a critical medical situation, your only option is to physically go and endure a grueling five-hour wait. It's absolutely deplorable.

It appears the front desk personnel have been recently refreshed, a change I believe was necessary for quite some time. The new team comes across as incredibly courteous and supportive. Phone response times have notably improved - during my recent daytime call, I was connected within just 5 minutes. Additionally, I submitted an email inquiry this morning and received a response within 35 minutes. Given the numerous critical reviews in the past, I consider this to be truly outstanding service.
