Terrible medical service leaves patient desperate and unheard
I'm battling multiple serious health conditions including COPD, spinal disorder, asthma, high blood pressure, and chronic kidney disease. I desperately need a rescue medication pack and have been attempting to contact my medical practice since early Wednesday morning, but I still can't get through. Obtaining prescriptions or scheduling a doctor's appointment has become utterly ridiculous. I'm questioning how they can operate a medical practice that provides such minimal support and virtually no assistance for patients dealing with complex, debilitating illnesses. While I understand the challenges of recent years, it's evident that this current system is fundamentally broken. Worst pharmacy experience ever with terrible service
I've never encountered such an incompetent and discourteous team anywhere before. The prescription phone line is perpetually busy, making communication impossible. When I need to collect my monthly medication, I'm certain they'll botch the order without fail. The staff are incredibly dismissive, blindly trusting their computer system and automatically assuming the patient is mistaken. They consistently deflect blame onto the neighboring pharmacy, when in reality their own inefficiency is the root cause. I'm now switching healthcare providers because they're so utterly hopeless that continuing to deal with them is no longer worth my time or energy.

Terrible experience, absolutely impossible to reach anyone by phone, in-person booking is equally frustrating, and their idea of an asthma consultation over the phone is ridiculous. Incompetent staff fail to provide basic medical care
I'm completely fed up with this medical practice. Their staff are incompetent and unprofessional. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was informed the earliest slot was three weeks in the future. Given my urgent need, I couldn't possibly wait that long. They eventually offered me an emergency appointment for July 13th and assured me a locum would contact me. I spent the entire day waiting by the phone, but no call came. When I rang back to follow up, they claimed no appointment was even registered in their system. Clearly, whoever I initially spoke with failed to properly book my slot. This level of negligence is unacceptable and potentially dangerous - an emergency appointment that goes unrecorded could have led to serious health complications.

Terrible service and communication from unhelpful clinic
Been trying to reach them since early morning, spent a total of 3.5 hours on hold, calls disconnected, line goes silent after waiting 20 minutes. Finally got through at 5:20pm (receptionist suggested calling back tomorrow, I questioned their phone availability given today's performance). Three-week wait for an appointment, only to have NHS 111 instantly schedule a phone consultation with my doctor the next morning, indicating they could have arranged this initially. Now they claim to be accepting new patients... laughable, considering they can't even manage their existing patients. Completely not worth your time. Waiting on an urgent referral letter for a week. Called the doctors a week later, only to learn the referral was just processed. This is absolutely unacceptable. Discussed the issue with the doctor, who disregarded my concerns, went over my head, and did exactly what he wanted without listening.

I needed to update my personal information after a name change. Mistakenly, they had listed the witness's name in place of my own. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. They show zero concern for their patients. Getting through on the phone is a nightmare, and when you finally do, they just cut you off! It's clear they have no interest in doing their job. If you're experiencing pain and call for help, they only make your situation worse by adding stress. Every single interaction gives me a migraine because they're so unprofessional. I simply wanted to schedule a consultation with my primary care physician to renew my prescription... After repeatedly attempting to reach someone by phone and being trapped in an endless queue, I visited the local medical facility. Upon arrival, I discovered (through the secured glass entrance of the appointment area) that the reception was completely vacant, with no staff available to answer calls. Utterly unacceptable, it's shameful particularly during these challenging covid times when telephone communication through reception is the sole method for securing a doctor's appointment... Especially considering the NHS App for booking GP consultations remains completely non-functional.

Terrible service and impossible to reach anyone
Every single call I make, I'm placed second in line before being disconnected. I've attempted to contact them over 10 times without success. Eventually, I resorted to physically going to the back of the medical practice and personally knocking on their door. I managed to get my prescription resolved then, but now that I need another, I'm required to have another review. How am I supposed to arrange a review when they never pick up the phone? This medical practice is completely ridiculous!!

Terrible healthcare service with unhelpful staff
Customer service is subpar, with phone lines constantly congested and impossible to reach. The practice manager displays an antagonistic demeanor that deliberately agitates patients. While some receptionists are helpful and accommodating, others are distinctly unhelpful. Currently, the practice is severely understaffed with only a single general practitioner available. Urgent improvements are critically needed. Appointment scheduling is extremely delayed, often stretching to weeks or even months. I've personally experienced dangerous gaps in my medication supply directly resulting from the practice's inefficiencies.

This establishment is completely incompetent The front desk staff are absolutely dreadful I contacted them about my prescription and we're now at the second day with still no medication because they have no idea where the prescription is located. They are utterly clueless about everything. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint with the Care Quality Commission and switching to a different medical practice.
