Frustrating clinic entry with unhelpful staff

Earliest available slot was two weeks out. Scheduled a flu vaccination for my 3-year-old. Upon arriving at the medical center, all entrances appeared locked. Waited around for 10 minutes with no access. Had to phone and inquire about entry, and was instructed to navigate to the rear of the building for admission. This alternative entry point was neither clear nor communicated during the initial appointment booking. When I suggested to the receptionist that such information should be provided to patients, she abruptly ended the call without acknowledging my feedback. Thanks guys, excellent service....

Terrible pharmacy service for special needs child

My child relies on specialized formula due to a medical condition, and the pharmacy consistently fails to process his prescription, leaving him without essential nutrition. When I request an adequate supply, they provide a minuscule container and claim they've already assisted me, seemingly expecting this tiny amount to sustain him for an entire month. I'm finding it incredibly challenging to properly nourish my infant because of their inadequate service.

Horrible customer service from rude receptionist

The front desk employee who took my call deserves immediate termination. I waited with incredible patience for three-quarters of an hour, positioned first in line, and when the call was finally answered, I was met with an absolutely disgusting demeanor and was spoken to as if I were something utterly beneath contempt. I am demanding that action be taken regarding this unacceptable treatment.....

Terrible service and unprofessional staff at clinic

Dr. Chin is excellent!! However, the front desk staff are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. They consistently fail to pick up phone calls and display a terrible attitude. These receptionists are seriously damaging the practice's reputation. I've been attempting to reach the office all morning, and they seem completely incapable of answering the phone. It's like they've deliberately turned off their communication lines. Their poor customer service is unacceptable and frustrating.

Terrible service but doctor saved the day

The reception staff are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! You couldn't find worse employees anywhere. I was so frustrated that I actually ended up hospitalized for 8 days. HOWEVER! Dr. Chin is an incredible physician who is truly exceptional. IT'S JUST TRAGIC THAT THE RECEPTION TEAM IS SO INCREDIBLY AWFUL!!!

These medical professionals are completely unprofessional. I've been attempting to contact their office for over thirty minutes and remain on hold indefinitely. My sole objective is to cancel my scheduled visit, and this experience perfectly illustrates why patients struggle to book appointments - they simply never pick up the phone. They're undoubtedly just sitting around, ignoring the incoming calls. It's an absolute mockery of customer service.

Long wait times test patient's last nerve

Desperately needed an urgent consultation for my infant, which began with a frustrating 40-minute wait on hold. The receptionist was cordial and professional, so no issues there, but by the time she picked up, my patience had completely worn thin. Despite the 5pm scheduled slot, I wasn't actually seen until 5:45pm by Dr. Sajid, who was polite but consistently appeared detached and disengaged. This has been an ongoing problem for years - if the clinic can't handle their patient volume, they absolutely need to expand their staff, both at the front desk and in the medical team!

Great medical care with reasonable wait times

I'm puzzled by the negative feedback about this medical practice because every time I attempt to schedule an appointment, I encounter no issues. It's unrealistic to anticipate getting a doctor's appointment immediately the next day, and their busy schedule is actually a testament to their popularity and quality of care. If they weren't seeing many patients, that would be cause for concern. I want to commend all the doctors and staff for maintaining such an excellent practice.

Dangerous negligence leads to serious health complications

I'm utterly frustrated with the entire medical experience at this practice. A month ago, I was hospitalized with a severe infection that multiple doctors here completely overlooked. Medical professionals have since confirmed I should have been referred to a specialist much earlier. After being discharged, I was instructed to immediately report any further symptoms, but when I tried, the receptionists were completely unhelpful and refused to connect me with a GP or schedule an appointment. I ended up at a walk-in centre, where another infection was discovered, and I'm now on additional antibiotics. My health is deteriorating rapidly - I'm in significant pain, and the medication doesn't seem effective. Despite reporting worsening symptoms this morning, I can't get an appointment until tomorrow afternoon. The receptionists appear totally indifferent to the seriousness of my condition, making me feel completely abandoned and neglected. I've been advised to file a formal complaint with NHS England, which I absolutely intend to do. If the staff had genuinely listened and taken my initial concerns seriously, I wouldn't be in this dire situation. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against using this medical practice.
