The front desk staff demonstrated exceptional warmth and professionalism. She attentively heard me out without making me feel hurried, and successfully scheduled my medical consultation. Her parting words, "Don't worry hun, take care," were delivered with genuine compassion. She was incredibly courteous and considerate. I regret not catching her name, as I would have loved to specifically commend her excellent service.

I've been attempting to reach them for three consecutive days, starting at 8:30 AM, and today at 9:10 AM, after waiting 40 minutes, they finally picked up just to inform me that no appointments are available. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ENCOUNTER WITH DR SARKAR - My elderly father had been suffering severe discomfort for an extended period and sought medical assistance with genuine hope. Despite his courteous demeanor, the doctor displayed an incredibly dismissive and condescending attitude. She was completely uncooperative, demonstrated an appalling bedside manner, and was extremely disrespectful. Medical professionals should fundamentally understand the importance of compassion and empathy. STRONG CAUTION: AVOID DR SARKAR AT ALL COSTS.

My regular physician has consistently been supportive and attentive. Unfortunately, in the wake of the pandemic, they've discontinued this service, and now I'm facing a frustratingly long two-month wait to have a mole examined in person.

Rude Receptionist Turned Away Sick Baby

Our recent encounter with the medical practice was deeply distressing. When my son was suffering from a high fever and cough, the receptionist immediately declared "it's covid and spreading rapidly" without proper consideration. Despite my husband explaining our negative test results, she insisted the tests were unreliable and refused to allow him to see the GP. Our son is just 9 months old. No offer was made to have a doctor provide any guidance or consultation. We were simply told to call 111 if his condition worsened, with the dismissive suggestion that his illness would resolve in 3-5 days. The following day, his temperature escalated to nearly 40 degrees, and he was breathing rapidly with clear signs of dehydration, even after administering Calpol and ensuring fluid intake. We were forced to take him to A&E, where after a grueling 7-hour wait, we learned he had severe tonsillitis and required antibiotics. The receptionist's actions were completely unacceptable - denying treatment to an infant and providing no medical support or professional guidance. My husband and I were absolutely stunned by her callous and unprofessional behavior. Her conduct was appalling and inexcusable.

Getting an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. The service is incredibly frustrating. Even with a sensitive personal matter, the reception team makes it nearly impossible to connect with the right healthcare professional. Frustrating surgery with zero patient support

Completely let down by this medical procedure, devoid of empathy. The most frustrating aspect is the convoluted process of requesting prescription medication via email! Then having it routed through multiple locations before reaching its destination. The front desk staff showed zero commitment to addressing the issue. Grateful to the Superdrug pharmacy representative, who was incredibly supportive.

Absolutely the most terrible surgical experience imaginable. The front desk personnel are incredibly discourteous and completely lack any semblance of helpfulness. Since relocating to this neighborhood, I was initially apprehensive about joining this medical practice given some previous feedback. However, the female physicians I've consulted have been incredibly kind and supportive. Most of the reception team are equally pleasant and have been a real comfort during these challenging times. While the appointment scheduling can be somewhat frustrating, the online econsult forms are remarkably effective and user-friendly.
