Frustrating medical practice with unhelpful staff
It's unfortunate that these reviews might primarily reflect the reception staff. The medical professionals themselves were consistently competent. Scheduling an appointment was always challenging, with receptionists frequently claiming no availability for more than a week, and their attitude was far from helpful. The phone system was also incredibly complicated and frustrating. I've since switched to another medical practice, and the contrast is truly night and day.
