One receptionist was notably discourteous, while another sat there with a dismissive demeanor, clearly signaling that I was unwelcome. I initially chose this clinic based on positive reviews, but those impressions have completely changed now.

When I initially called with my worries, he promptly responded within 10 minutes. After a brief consultation, I was invited to come in at 10am. A blood test was completed by 12:30, and my CT scan is now finished, with results expected early next week. I cannot praise Dr Thakrar and his wonderful surgery team enough - they were incredibly efficient and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. 😄😄

The process begins with a call to their reception team, who are consistently courteous and genuinely apologetic if they cannot schedule an appointment for the following day. We frequently hear distressing accounts from acquaintances who must endure waiting periods of two weeks or more just to secure a telephone consultation with their medical practice. We feel incredibly fortunate to be registered with the Cowplain Village practice, who have been instrumental in maintaining our health and well-being. I request that you terminate my application for joining your medical group and strongly recommend that this staff member receive comprehensive training in professional communication techniques.

The medical center is outstanding, with incredible doctors, nurses, and front desk team, though one receptionist stands out as less than welcoming and somewhat difficult. When I called to schedule a post-operative nursing appointment for my wife's upcoming hip replacement surgery, I encountered an unhelpful interaction. The receptionist responded curtly, insisting that an appointment couldn't be booked without specific surgical details like stitch count and discharge documentation, which seemed unnecessarily complicated for a routine follow-up visit. Despite this frustrating exchange, I still wholeheartedly give the practice a perfect 5-star rating, as one staff member's poor attitude shouldn't overshadow the overall exceptional quality of care provided by the entire team.

Superb medical procedure with a welcoming and supportive team... The doctors, nurses, and most reception personnel are outstanding. However, I can't award a perfect rating due to one receptionist who consistently displays an unpleasant demeanor. Her communication, both on the phone and in person, makes patients feel unwelcome and bothersome. Given that she interacts with individuals who are either ill or anxious about their health, her approach should be more compassionate, understanding, and patient-focused.

Their responsiveness to phone calls is unparalleled, something I've never experienced with any other general practice in Britain. However, there's a downside: one of the receptionists displays a consistently poor attitude. On multiple occasions, I've encountered discourteous interactions, and my wife and friend, who are also registered here, have shared similar experiences. Despite this, the remainder of the front desk team and nursing staff are outstanding.
