If fortune smiles upon you, you might encounter a courteous and compassionate receptionist, but currently, only one fits that description in their entire staff. Equally, if chance is on your side, you could secure a phone consultation within seven days, though everything hinges on which staff member picks up the call. Last week, I was informed that the waiting period for a mere five-minute telephone consultation is three weeks?! In a medical practice with four physicians?! Absolutely ridiculous.
