As a recently retired nurse with experience across multiple healthcare providers, I can confidently say that since registering last year at this practice, the care from Dr. Chuhan, the receptionist, and the phlebotomist has been exceptional. In December, I underwent comprehensive cancer screening. When I called for an appointment at 8am yesterday, the receptionist responded with remarkable kindness, compassion, and empathy. By 11am, the same GP had contacted me, demonstrating genuine understanding. I was promptly arranged for complete blood tests and received a prescription on the same day. My overall experience has been truly remarkable. My sincere gratitude to the entire team.

I'm currently pregnant, and for the past two months, no appointments were scheduled for me. Today, I finally managed to set up an appointment with my midwife. She apologized for missing several appointments, including the crucial glucose screening. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. 😂

Terrible service and unprofessional receptionist nightmare

I would give zero stars if possible! Initially, I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment for my partner and was instructed by the first receptionist to call back at 12, which seemed reasonable. At 11:57, I spoke with Tracy, who insisted I wait a few more minutes as no one was available on the phones. When I called back at 12, after 54 attempts and constant busy signals, I finally connected with Tracey at 12:30. She coldly informed me that all appointments were now gone, suggesting I wait until tomorrow to call or visit in person. I explained that I had previously been told by her at 11:57 that I could make an appointment, but she began questioning me. When I requested to speak with a manager about the appointment process, she continued interrogating me and suggested my partner go to walk-in. After I clarified he had already done so and needed specific medication from his doctor, she claimed a manager would call him back and abruptly ended the call, saying she had a queue. Tracy seems to have transformed from receptionist to pseudo-doctor, asking invasive personal questions when she's not medically qualified. It's absolutely infuriating that following her own instructions still prevents accessing proper medical communication, especially for someone experiencing pain or illness. Completely unacceptable service!

Terrible nurse ruined my entire medical experience

The front desk staff member was incredibly supportive and welcoming, which is why I'm giving any stars at all. Nurse Emma, however, was extremely cold and unprofessional. Her approach was harsh and completely devoid of compassion. She robotically read notes from her screen, suggesting I have mental health issues, which is absolutely false and inappropriate. Her demeanor made me feel vulnerable and defensive, as I felt my character was being unfairly maligned. I am not an aggressive person, contrary to her implied insinuations, and I believe this was a case of her projecting her own biases. Dr. Lee later contacted me to inquire about a physician I had encountered at Sandringham medical center over a decade ago - another disappointing interaction with this practice. I cannot emphasize enough how dismally terrible this has been, and I would strongly advise anyone against seeking care here. Without question, this represents the most appalling medical experience I have ever endured.

Frustrating wait for urgent pediatric care help

Each attempt I've made has resulted in no satisfactory outcome until now, especially concerning my child's health issue. Since Friday, I've been desperately trying to secure an appointment, but the phone lines have been consistently busy. Finally, on Monday, I managed to get through, and they've scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. Meanwhile, my child's skin condition continues to deteriorate, becoming increasingly alarming with each passing day.
