Many workplaces restrict personal phone use until designated break periods, effectively preventing patients from successfully arranging appointments. Although many staff members are genuinely pleasant and supportive, my recent interaction with the receptionist was deeply unsatisfactory. The individual I encountered demonstrated minimal compassion or understanding, which significantly heightened the overall stress of the situation. Contemporary medical practices now offer digital booking platforms, which are substantially more convenient and user-friendly. After enduring years of frustration with their antiquated system, I've reluctantly decided to transition to a practice that provides a more contemporary and patient-centered service.

I'll be direct about my experience I endured an incredibly demeaning medical consultation. I arrived for my scheduled appointment, only to have the doctor suggest I was there for an entirely different purpose, leaving me confused about the actual reason for my visit. He then proceeded to dismiss my genuine health concern by casually stating that my body was behaving in a certain way - a situation other women would understand - and patronizingly told me not to worry and that it was simply a natural female bodily process, as if I was unaware of my own physiology. Despite reaching out through 111 to secure this appointment due to a serious health worry, I was met with a dismissive, "it's just a women's issue" attitude. The entire interaction was deeply offensive and left me feeling completely disrespected and frustrated.

The service has clearly gone downhill from its previously satisfactory state. I encountered an initial problem unrelated to war wax, but the receptionist was adamant that I see the pharmacist instead of a clinician. Despite my attempts to explain my issue, she continually interrupted and would not listen. Ultimately, I conceded to seeing the pharmacist due to her persistent insistence (a recurring problem with this particular staff member). It's evident that some reception staff are more accommodating than others. The pharmacist examined me at midday and confirmed an infected spot, but provided no treatment. By evening, the condition had deteriorated to the point where I could barely open my mouth. I contacted 111 and was directed to an emergency clinic late at night, where I was prescribed antibiotics. Frustratingly, I could not obtain the medication so late, resulting in a treatment delay exceeding 24 hours! This is the 21st century, and the delay could have been avoided with an earlier appointment. Are we to hold the healthcare system accountable for such inefficiencies???

The doctors here are outstanding - highly detailed, empathetic, and caring. Unfortunately, the reception staff significantly diminish the overall experience. If the medical professionals weren't so exceptional, I would seriously consider changing practices. It's best to minimize interactions with the front desk as much as possible.

At 168 pounds He is now drastically reducing his food consumption to the point of self-harm, and I intend to escalate this matter significantly - utterly unprofessional and far beyond acceptable - clear medical negligence, and you will face serious consequences for this deplorable action
