The receptionist initially assured me I could call and be transferred to discuss my issue and required medication. I was explicit about needing my diagnosis, as my condition was extremely serious and causing significant discomfort. However, when I called, they completely refused assistance, citing rigid rules preventing call transfers or result communications via phone or email - despite previous instructions to call for doctor consultation. Upon calling again, they coldly told me my only options were to restart the entire process at a local hospital or wait an entire month until my return. This approach is utterly absurd, representing a complete disregard for patient care, demonstrating neither compassion nor basic human consideration towards someone's health concerns!!!
