Terrible service harming vulnerable patients urgently
STEER CLEAR STEER CLEAR STEER CLEAR...absolute worst medical practice in Manchester. Unfortunately, I was forced to register my family here due to proximity. My elderly mother is enduring tremendous pain, and they can't even process her medication on time, despite ordering through the chemist a week in advance as they instructed. I've personally called the practice to inquire about the problem, and the receptionist suggested submitting a request - but I've already done this twice! There's no pending review, and it's a repeat prescription, so what's the holdup??? The receptionist refused to submit the request, so I contacted the chemist, who confirmed they've submitted the medication request. Yet here we are, two weeks later, and my poor mother still hasn't received her medication. This could be critically dangerous if the patient were on end-of-life, cancer, or heart medication, which I find extremely irresponsible. I don't blame the chemist, as they've shown me documented proof of their timely requests. The reception staff seem completely uninterested in patient care - what exactly do they do all day if they can't even process medication? This situation demands immediate investigation, and I'll definitely be filing a formal complaint. Suffering at any age is terrible, but watching a 93-year-old endure pain is absolutely heartbreaking. I will absolutely be changing healthcare providers. This practice needs to be shut down, as they clearly care more about profits than patient welfare.

This general practice is absolutely dreadful. While the physicians are pleasant, the front desk personnel, particularly Sally, display an appalling sense of superiority over patients. I've personally witnessed this supposed manager condescending to patients and inappropriately gossiping about them with colleagues, which is completely unacceptable. Scheduling an appointment is an exercise in frustration. Terrible medical practice with unprofessional staff
This medical practice is extremely poor, showing complete disregard for patient care. Dr. Kim and Zainab are particularly unprofessional, scheduling appointments but then barely allocating sufficient time for proper examination or discussion of medical concerns. I've been a patient here for approximately four years, and the only compassionate physician was Dr. Jabber, who has unfortunately departed due to the clinic's terrible management and attitude!!!
