Friendly Staff, but That Lift Is Terrible

The front desk staff are incredible, the physician and medical assistant we encountered were equally fantastic, and the pharmacy personnel were absolutely delightful. However, I have a major issue with the entrance elevator, which consistently frustrates me because it's perpetually non-functional. Lugging a baby stroller up and down the stairs is incredibly challenging and painful. If they could resolve this elevator problem, this would undoubtedly be the most exceptional medical facility anywhere.

I contacted reception, they sent a link, I completed the forms, and was guided to select a time slot. The process was straightforward. I then visited the medical center. The Doctor suggested an X-ray, and I was promptly directed to Middlesex Hospital. The entire procedure was quick, taking just about an hour to wrap up. The entire experience was seamless and efficient. Grateful for the smooth service. Now, I'm awaiting the results, which I've been informed will take approximately 4 weeks.
