I attended my appointment almost one hour late and they still have seen me,I was surprised myself,first time in my life that it happened and also the way the receptionist she rang me and spoke to me about my delayed,the stylist scarf receptionist is the most kind receptionist I have ever meet in a medical centre in UK,she was so considerate,so kind with a high level of amiability,with a lot of education/polite manners and so much empathy and attention towards the patient and at the same time very professional ,she made sure it was possible to commit my appointment,that’s involving professionalism,as a patient I really appreciate it this type of caring aptitude and it’s very helpful for people we suffer painful health conditions,someone should give her a reward,she definitely make it easy for the patient,I was so glad to meet her, I definitely received the best gentleness, thanks .
