Staff put you at ease before minor surgery
If you are here for a minor surgical procedure, there is no need to feel anxious! The clinical team were absolutely wonderful! This represents the finest medical care I have ever experienced, whether through the NHS or private providers!!! They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and maintained high professional standards throughout. Everything was clearly communicated and I felt reassured and at ease. I would not recommend registering with this practice. As someone working in healthcare, I have decided not to return to this practice. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was troubled to learn that allergy information did not appear to be properly documented. This raised questions about record-keeping practices. During my two visits, I was only offered remote consultations and had to submit photographs rather than being seen in person. Additionally, the communication style used by the clinical staff felt unprofessional to me. I found the overall experience disappointing for a healthcare setting, as I felt the service lacked the care I would expect. Having visited several practices across the Manchester area, this one fell short of my expectations compared to others I have used. I do not intend to use this practice again and would suggest that others new to the area consider alternative options. Complaints dismissed without face-to-face appointments
I would advise against choosing this surgery. In my experience, they tend not to address patient concerns with appropriate attention. I have had abnormal test results for an extended period and have been unable to obtain an in-person appointment to discuss them, despite requesting this on several occasions. Instead, I have only received repeat testing without any explanation or subsequent follow-up. Many of my concerns appear to be dismissed without proper consideration. I have found the service takes a dismissive approach to patient worries. Like other patients have noted, there appear to be diagnostic issues, and I have reservations about the overall safety of care provided. I cannot recall when I last had an in-person appointment, as all my interactions have been conducted via telephone or the online assessment system. If a lower rating were possible, I would give it. I would encourage prospective patients to carefully review the other negative feedback available and consider alternative options.

I would advise caution when considering this practice. I recently relocated to the Salford area and after waiting several weeks, I attended an appointment. I am managing recovery from serious health conditions and have been taking long-term medication for many decades. I experience significant mobility challenges and chronic pain conditions that substantially impact my daily activities, including walking and accessing local amenities. I take multiple medications daily, including strong pain relief. During my appointment, I felt the clinician made dismissive comments about my medication regimen. I was told a prescription would be provided on a specific day. When I attended to collect it, I was initially asked to wait an extended period, then informed the prescription would not be issued. Due to concerns about this interaction, I transferred my care to another practice. However, I discovered that my medical records from the previous practice appear to have been removed or are inaccessible. A week has now passed without access to my regular medications. This situation has left me unable to manage my pain effectively, has severely restricted my mobility further, and has caused me significant distress and sleep disruption. I feel this experience has negatively impacted my independence and wellbeing. I believe this matter warrants formal review.

Practice removed us with inadequate notice
I have been attending this practice for many years. The standard of care was previously excellent, but I and several other parents have encountered difficulties more recently. The practice removed my registration and that of my young child, who had established feeding concerns, with only one day's notice despite the expectation of a 30-day notice period. When my child required medication to support feeding, the practice initially declined to issue it until I escalated my concerns to the relevant regulatory body. The practice appeared unconcerned about my child's feeding difficulties and my own medication needs. We were directed to NHS 111 for support, though they were unable to assist. Following intervention from the regulatory authority, the practice eventually provided the necessary medication for my child. During this period, I was unable to obtain my own prescriptions.
