I attempted to contact the surgery to have my stitches removed, but was informed that no appointments were available for several weeks. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, citing their duty of care, I was abruptly refused. It's been an ongoing issue - securing appointments or receiving assistance at this practice has become nearly impossible. The receptionists' behavior is consistently discourteous, and the overall service is appalling. I'm baffled as to why no action is being taken to address these problems. A quick glance at the numerous negative reviews should be enough to prompt intervention. It's incomprehensible that these individuals are allowed to continue managing the practice in such a deplorable manner.

I've been a patient at this practice for 17 years, and I must say, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lack of available appointments is frustrating, and when you try to schedule one, you're left hanging on the telephone for over 45 minutes just to speak with someone. I experienced an appalling level of service at this clinic. After transferring from Thislemoor medical centre for convenience, I found myself caught in a frustrating cycle of redundant appointments and phone calls. Despite clearly stating my issue and desired course of action - a scan to examine my cysts - I was subjected to repetitive questioning that seemed to lead nowhere. Following an appointment roughly a month ago, I was promised a letter regarding the scan. To my dismay, this never materialized. When I called to inquire about it today, I was met with an utterly bewildering response: "Sorry, we have no record of your visit or any discussion about this at our surgery." It's simply inconceivable! Now, I'm told to call again on Tuesday, only to face the prospect of waiting several more weeks or even months for the mere possibility of a scan referral. The level of disrespect and apathy displayed by this clinic is staggering. For your own well-being, I strongly advise against registering here. The incompetence and lack of patient care are truly shocking.

This medical facility is in dire need of a complete overhaul. I recently attended an appointment to address an ongoing health issue, which turned out to be an utter waste of my time. The sole positive aspect was being seen ahead of schedule, as I'd arrived early. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by a sign proclaiming "10 MINUTE APPOINTMENTS ONLY." During my consultation, I requested the doctor examine a lump behind my ear. To my astonishment, she flatly refused, stating it wasn't the purpose of the visit. When I suggested a quick look to determine if it warranted concern, she tersely replied, "NO," citing the need to create new medical records and claiming my allotted time had expired. Glancing at my watch, I noticed it was precisely 14:50, my scheduled appointment time, meaning an additional five minutes could have easily been spared. This display of sheer laziness and unprofessionalism is appalling. The quality of staff employed here is questionable at best. The entire experience felt like an inconvenience to the doctor. Adding insult to injury, the reception area suffers from high staff turnover, with the current receptionist exhibiting a notably rude demeanor and poor attitude. One wonders if this surgery could possibly sink any lower in terms of patient care and service quality.

Later that day, at 4:06 PM, I got another call from the office, but it disconnected after just 5 seconds. Upon inquiring, the front desk staff claimed the doctor had left a voicemail message, which I couldn't access as I don't have that feature set up. Now, I've been given an appointment two weeks from now, pending confirmation. It's concerning that no one seems to be monitoring the subpar service provided by this medical practice.
