Reception staff were dismissive and unkind
The receptionist's manner was unwelcoming and unkind. While I recognise the challenging circumstances we have all been facing, this does not justify speaking harshly or treating patients with such coldness and distance. I intend to seek care elsewhere at the earliest opportunity and would prefer not to return. I found the experience disappointing.
