Getting an appointment with a Doctor isn't terrible, but the process is frustrating. I'm employed full-time in a call center, and they've scheduled a telephone consultation. Due to my work constraints, I'm unable to take personal calls, and there's no private space for me to discuss sensitive health issues. In-person appointments would be far more comfortable and appropriate for my situation, but that option isn't available.

I attempted to schedule an appointment online today after encountering repeated difficulties with their "Triage Safety reached" system, just like yesterday. A representative named Julie addressed me without even confirming my identity, instead inquiring about my age, and instructed me to seek an appointment on Wednesday rather than Tuesday, citing the post-bank holiday busyness. Apparently, I'm supposed to have control over when I fall ill! The customer service is utterly disgraceful and completely useless.

I have absolutely no complaints about the Three Villages Medical Practice. Throughout the past three years, whenever I've needed medical assistance, their online form system has been incredibly convenient. It's far less awkward than making a phone call, and after submitting the form, I'm promptly offered either an in-person consultation or a telephone appointment, which makes the entire process straightforward. This morning, I submitted my form at 8:00 AM, and by 8:30, I received a call scheduling an appointment - something I've never experienced at any other healthcare facility. Moreover, the entire staff at the practice are consistently warm and welcoming.

"Are you withholding medication based on a medical examination from a year ago"? It feels like I'm engaging with a politician. I consistently receive lengthy responses that skillfully avoid addressing the specific question at hand.

Incompetent staff risking patient health and safety
I attempted to schedule a medical consultation. The administrative personnel dismissed my concerns, claiming it was merely a referral. Despite being 10 months post-cancer removal and investigating a skull abnormality, they were dismissive. The staff emphasized their overwhelming workload and uncertainty about processing my case. My ongoing symptoms apparently do not warrant a physician's examination. Their approach is shockingly reckless. If you encounter issues, bypass the practice's complaint system and directly contact NHS England, as they will only review grievances that have not been initially raised with the medical practice itself.
