They have made a significant positive impact on my family's health, having identified a serious condition in my child when they were very young, leading to prompt treatment and intervention. Hard to book appointments, pharmacy staff unhelpful
It can be difficult to secure an appointment with the medical team when needed. Additionally, there were concerns about the manner of pharmacy staff interactions, which came across as dismissive when enquiring about medication delays. Attempts to reach the pharmacy management went unanswered on multiple occasions. The reception experience was also challenging, with unhelpful responses when attempting to book a doctor's appointment, which detracted from the overall visit to the practice.

Reception staff could be more considerate
I do like this surgery and the clinical staff are great. However, I find some of the reception staff to be rather discourteous, which seems unnecessary. They then direct patients to accident and emergency even when this presents significant practical difficulties, particularly for those without easy access to transport or local support. It seems insensitive to make such assumptions without considering individual circumstances.

The clinical staff are excellent, but unfortunately there is limited availability to see them in person. Getting through by phone can involve lengthy wait times, and calls may go unanswered. When you do connect, you may be directed to seek care elsewhere for urgent matters.

I absolutely adore this practice. The moment you enter, you're greeted with a welcoming and comfortable environment. The premises are immaculate and there's a genuine sense of tranquility throughout. Difficulty securing timely appointments, with phone access being particularly challenging. The practice appears to be operating at capacity with insufficient staffing levels. Following an extended period of discomfort, I opted to seek private medical consultation, which resulted in a referral back to this surgery highlighting the need for prompt intervention. Ultimately, I transferred to an alternative local practice where I was able to access care more readily. This experience fell significantly short of the standard of care I would have expected.

I switched to this practice approximately two months ago. The team demonstrates excellent organisation and attentiveness, and I genuinely feel that my healthcare needs are being properly looked after in comparison to my previous practice. Repeat prescription requests keep getting lost
It appears that obtaining repeat medication requests can be problematic. I submitted a request and returned to collect it over a week later, only to be told it hadn't been received yet, despite having confirmation that my request had gone through. This has resulted in delays in receiving my medication. This situation has occurred on multiple occasions.

Reception staff made the visit straightforward
As a follow-up to my earlier feedback, I needed to return for another appointment today. The exceptional level of care continued to impress me......the staff member I saw was absolutely outstanding. I wish more people would take a step back and appreciate what the NHS provides......some individuals should reflect on their criticism. It's not a flawless system but there are genuinely dedicated professionals working hard to support us all......it's worth considering that before complaining about minor issues. Thank you so much to everyone. Unfortunately, I've needed to attend twice this week despite never having visited before. The receptionist was brilliant and the clinical staff I consulted with were equally impressive....I apologise, I haven't retained their names. It seems you can't satisfy everyone but you all certainly made a positive impression on me. Many thanks!!
