Worst pre-op consultation ever
Disappointing medical procedure The surgeon seemed completely disinterested and rushed through everything. I felt like just another number on their patient list, not a real person. The entire experience was impersonal and cold. Post-operative care was minimal, and follow-up instructions were vague at best. I'm frustrated with how little attention or care was given to my specific situation. Would not recommend this doctor or practice to anyone seeking surgical treatment.

Lost my medical form and time
I've had the most horrendous experience with this medical practice. I submitted a document for a job-related health questionnaire, paid £104, and waited a full week to retrieve it, only to discover they've completely misplaced it. They're utterly clueless about its whereabouts, with staff passing blame between themselves. The receptionists are unprofessional and incompetent, rudely interrupting conversations to assist other patients. To make matters worse, when I mentioned receiving a message about my documents being ready, the receptionist claimed no such communication existed. The entire ordeal is an absolute nightmare and a complete waste of time and money.

1. Your customer service is terrible - impossible to reach by phone, terrible internet connection, and extremely slow response times. 2. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare, and when you do call, you're left waiting endlessly just to speak with someone. 3. You schedule us for 1pm, but then make us wait an additional hour before even calling our name. Why not just give us a later time slot? 4. The staff, particularly the receptionist, are incredibly disrespectful. The doctors seem incompetent - it's like they barely passed medical school. If I could rate lower than one star, I absolutely would.

Patients are left feeling completely disregarded, with staff displaying shocking levels of rudeness and indifference when any inquiry is made. It's as if they're treating the reception like a casual social gathering. Attempting to call again, the automated system immediately declares, "We're extremely busy, try later or use e-consult" - without even allowing a single ring. And this occurs mere minutes after their supposed opening time... suspiciously convenient. I implore them: show some compassion for patients, offer a genuine smile, and actually deliver the services you claim to provide.

Despite numerous negative reviews, I must acknowledge that while services were previously subpar, most issues have since been addressed. Booking appointments through "patches" is now significantly more convenient compared to the past, where you'd struggle to reach someone by phone or feel your health concerns were overlooked. Now, you can typically secure an appointment either immediately after reporting your issue (which I personally experienced when getting a slot right after waking up) or within a short timeframe when the GP's office opens. For instance, after returning from a holiday with health concerns, I had to wait two days before I could notify the GP about my problems. Although the appointment I eventually booked on Monday resolved my issue, I would have appreciated the ability to at least document my concerns with the understanding that the response might be delayed due to the GP's closure.
