I've promptly switched healthcare providers following an incredibly unprofessional interaction with DR BABU. The conversation began with an abrupt "yes, what is the problem," and when I raised concerns about notes in the NHS app, she dismissively claimed she had completed her part and wasn't responsible for administrative matters. I felt completely dehumanized, as if I were merely a box to be checked. Her limited English comprehension made communication challenging, which visibly agitated her, ultimately leading her to abruptly terminate the call. The entire experience made me feel like I was receiving treatment more befitting a poorly managed healthcare system in an underdeveloped region, not a professional medical setting. Her approach was entirely inappropriate for a healthcare professional. DR BABU urgently needs to improve her communication skills and develop a more empathetic approach to patient interactions before continuing to practice medicine.

Hey, I've been dealing with fever and cough for a week, and my doctor referred me to this clinic. Dr. Alicia was incredibly unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. She didn't even greet me with a simple "good morning" or ask how I was doing. Instead, she abruptly asked why I was there. When I explained that I woke up early, took my medication, and then went back to sleep before coming in, she responded dismissively. Her attitude was harsh and unwelcoming. I'm left wondering why someone like her works in healthcare if she's not interested in providing proper patient care. She might as well stay home if this is how she treats people seeking medical help. Her approach is completely unacceptable for someone in the NHS.

Their exclusively digital appointment system is frustratingly inefficient, and the doctors' apparent lack of genuine patient concern is shocking. I cannot stress enough: protect your health and avoid this surgery at all costs.

Complete farce!! I'm astonished they haven't gone out of business already. 40 minutes just to handle the first caller, and after more than ten days, still no scheduled appointment. I'm forced to call them repeatedly to get any information, despite being promised they would reach out to me. No other medical practice experiences such chronic incompetence.
