This surgery categorically refuses to recognize private GP diagnoses of my multiple, severely debilitating physical conditions. They appear to believe they possess psychic abilities. From our interactions, it's clear that despite being warned about legal record issues, the staff construct an internal narrative where no genuine problems exist - just me manipulating them, which is obviously their underlying perception. My vaccine access was abruptly terminated, with a fabricated claim supposedly made by me now permanently recorded. I have comprehensive documentation of all communications. This claim is absolutely false. Moreover, they seem completely unable to comprehend basic written text, with even simple document scanning being utterly beyond their capabilities. Their email response essentially stated: you have no missing vaccines, and we won't investigate prior unmanaged infections. Upon challenging this... Suddenly a vaccine is missing. Suspiciously, it's precisely the one that would obscure immune profile results demonstrating how prior infection caused my current neurological issues. Frankly, unless you relish preparing legal documents and enjoy accumulating extensive written evidence, this surgery - and similar practices in the area - generate exponentially more problems than they resolve. Heartless staff, fundamentally incapable of listening or accepting direction. They invariably respond with childish defensiveness when challenged, immediately suggesting my mental instability and poor recall. Fortunately, my #devices accurately record their statements. So memory is irrelevant. In less than eight weeks, I've been forced to dramatically escalate these issues, primarily to protect other patients, as they insist such conduct is standard. A damning admission when contrasted with communication records. I now exclusively engage with the NHS through legal and medical support, maintaining meticulous documentation. This represents the consequence of a medical service retaining anti-science staff instead of dismissing them. When discriminatory beliefs are permitted, despite lacking scientific foundation, patient care suffers through reduced empathy and targeted marginalization. Tolerating certain forms of patient mistreatment inevitably attracts similarly minded personnel. The deterioration of GP practices nationwide should surprise no one. My advice: if mobile and seriously unwell, visit walk-in centers. Better yet, consult private GPs to document NHS failings and obtain proper diagnosis. Should they continue denying reality as they have with me, they become fully legally accountable.

I've been attempting to contact this GP practice for two days, and the ordeal has been incredibly exasperating. The e-consult system, which is meant to streamline communication, failed miserably—it claimed it couldn't comprehend my issue and prevented me from scheduling an online appointment. How is that even remotely helpful? Reluctantly, I resorted to telephoning the practice. Following their recommendation to call at precisely 8:00 AM, I spent half an hour frantically redialing without success. I have professional responsibilities—and I pay taxes that support this supposedly "free" healthcare system (cue eye roll)—yet I cannot dedicate my entire morning to persistent telephone attempts. When I finally connected at 11:00 AM, I was informed that all same-day appointments had been claimed. Adding insult to injury, they suggested someone else could attempt calling on my behalf in the morning. Are you kidding me? Exactly when is this magical call supposed to miraculously succeed? I had already exhausted myself with repeated attempts from 8:00 AM for thirty minutes! The entire system is fundamentally dysfunctional. How on earth are patients supposed to access necessary medical care under such ridiculous circumstances? It's absolutely infuriating and completely unacceptable.

The personnel here are exceptional - both the staff and doctors are beyond reproach. My frustration lies with their appointment scheduling system. I'm perplexed by the fact that when I attempt to call precisely at 8 o'clock, I'm unable to get through, yet somehow when I dial just 1 or 2 minutes after 8, all available slots are mysteriously gone. Kiosk shamed me in front of everyone

I was compelled to perform my own medical assessment since they no longer permit nurse consultations. This 'Health check kiosk' was positioned smack in the center of the waiting area! With zero privacy screen, every patient in the room observed me weighing myself, taking my own temperature, measuring my blood pressure, and answering deeply personal questions about my birth date and intimate health details. This represents not just a significant GDPR violation but an utterly humiliating experience, having ten strangers witnessing and reading my confidential medical information. When I raised my concerns with the receptionist, I was casually told, "Oh yes, we know we need a screen." Unbelievable. This is quite possibly the most appalling medical practice I've encountered - you should be thoroughly ashamed. The ironic sign in reception reading 'Be kind, we are doing our best' is particularly galling. Clearly, you are not doing your best at all!!??

If you attempt to seek help, they will repeatedly cut off your call and use intimidation tactics like threatening to terminate communication. Should you express anything they find disagreeable, they resort to verbal aggression, condescendingly warning you about "writing on your record" as if you were a misbehaving child. Patient messages and requests are systematically ignored and never forwarded to medical professionals. Their communication strategy involves constantly hanging up or leaving phones off the hook, effectively preventing patients from scheduling or canceling appointments. Even when patients meticulously follow their automated guidance, they are met with threats and hostility. The untrained reception staff then compound the problem by fabricating misleading information in medical records, a practice that creates significant risks, particularly for vulnerable populations like the elderly. While the doctors themselves seem competent, accessing their care is nearly impossible due to the gatekeeping reception staff.
