Medical staff ignored me when I fainted
Two recent incidents have compelled me to update this review. During a visit to the surgery with my daughter, I suddenly became unwell - experiencing dizziness and heart palpitations. We were merely there to book an appointment when I collapsed. Shockingly, no one offered assistance, and we were simply directed to A&E - no doctor was called to examine me, despite being in a medical facility. I'm convinced I would have received more compassionate care if I had fallen ill in a retail store. The second issue arose when I needed a prescription and completed a form for doctor approval. Upon calling two days later, I discovered they had rejected my request because I hadn't specified the exact drug name. I had referred to it as the 'last medication' prescribed to me. Any competent medical professional would have understood this by reviewing my medical records, but an unnamed staff member chose to reject it without even contacting me. When I explained the situation, they finally agreed to reprocess my request. However, another day has passed with no resolution. I'm left wondering: what is the purpose of this practice? Certainly not healthcare! Dr Pai remains exceptional, and I've been her patient for years, so my criticism is not directed at the physicians. Instead, I find the practice's management deeply problematic and a betrayal of medical ethics. With rare exceptions, the staff's consistently rude, aggressive, and unhelpful demeanor seems deliberately designed to obstruct medical care for those in need. No ill person should endure such degrading and hostile treatment, which appears to be a systemic issue rather than an isolated incident. As other reviewers have noted, they urgently need to employ staff capable of treating patients with basic human dignity.

Worst GP Experience – Avoid Triangle Group Practice! If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Triangle Group Practice is an absolute disaster, and it begins with the dismissive and inept receptionist. She consistently ignores patients, provides misleading information, and deflects blame onto patients rather than acknowledging her own errors. I meticulously verified my contact information multiple times, yet they still managed to update the wrong number. Then, they brazenly claimed it was my responsibility for not receiving their calls. How can such behavior be considered remotely professional? I invest over £1,000 annually in insurance, and after requiring just one consultation in an entire year, they completely botched the process. The degree of unprofessionalism is simply staggering. I was already aware that UK healthcare had its shortcomings, but this practice elevates incompetence and poor service to an entirely new level. If you have any respect for your health and mental well-being, steer clear and seek out a GP who demonstrates genuine care and competence.

I have been a patient at this practice since 2002. Throughout my time at Triangle Group Practice, every doctor I've encountered has been considerate and never made me feel rushed. I've come to understand that some businesses resort to leaving negative reviews about their competitors. Google should take a page from Facebook's book and eliminate fake reviews or develop a system to prevent false feedback on business listings. I'm thrilled that Dr. Raheem has become part of Triangle Group Practice and hope he remains until retirement. He is an exceptional physician. I sincerely wish him continued success. Scheduling appointments nowadays has become incredibly challenging. It's important to note that this is not the fault of the reception staff. Please do not take out your frustration on them. They simply cannot provide appointments that are not available. I fondly recall a time when same-day appointments were easily obtainable, which is no longer the case.

Time to Find a Better Medical Practice
After being loyal to this medical practice for over two decades, I've finally decided to move on to a 4-star rated facility, leaving behind this 1.7-star establishment. The receptionists are absolutely dreadful, displaying rudeness and interrogating you with countless intrusive questions about your health whenever you attempt to schedule an appointment - assuming you can even get through on the phone! Patients are forced to call on the same day they need care, only to be stuck with doctors who either hurry through consultations or constantly interrupt. Dr Pai and Dr Bell are genuinely pleasant professionals, but unfortunately, they are rarely available for patient appointments. The online booking system is practically non-functional. The interior is outdated, the entire facility appears dilapidated, and overall, it's a thoroughly depressing environment to visit.
