I'm baffled by the positive feedback for this medical procedure. Their phone interface is completely frustrating, with irritating automated messages that grate on your nerves. When they direct you to their website, you dutifully complete the required information, only to receive an unresponsive text message. The entire experience is exasperating from start to finish.

Despite booking two specific time slots, the nurse ran significantly behind schedule. My mother, who is 89 years old, struggled in the uncomfortably warm waiting area. Her 10:45 appointment wasn't addressed until 11:15, and my 11:05 slot was completely overlooked. We ultimately departed at 11:40 without receiving any medical attention. I find it challenging to understand how appointments can be delayed by such a substantial margin, especially considering the considerable effort required to even attend.
